Megalodon Genome ( メガロドンゲノム, Megarodon Genomu): A Kamen Rider Decade-themed accessed from the Megalodon ( メガロドン, Megarodon) Vistamp that arms Revi with a pair of Divine Swords ( ディヴァインソード, Divain Sōdo).Lion Genome ( ライオンゲノム, Raion Genomu): A Kamen Rider Kuuga-themed form accessed from the Lion ( ライオン, Raion) Vistamp that grants Revice pyrokinetic abilities.Vice in this form first appears in the Kamen Rider Revice film of the same name. Ptera Genome ( プテラゲノム, Putera Genomu): A Kamen Rider Faiz-themed form accessed from the Ptera ( プテラ, Putera) Vistamp that allows Revi to run at supersonic speed and transforms Vice into a hoverbike for Revi to use.Mammoth Genome ( マンモスゲノム, Manmosu Genomu): A Kamen Rider Den-O-themed form accessed from the Mammoth ( マンモス, Manmosu) Vistamp that arms Revi with a pair of Mammoth Gasher ( マンモスガッシャー, Manmosu Gasshā) boomerangs and Vice with twin Glacier Shields ( グレイシャシールド, Gureisha Shīrudo).Eagle Genome ( イーグルゲノム, Īguru Genomu): A Kamen Rider W themed form accessed from the Eagle ( イーグル, Īguru) Vistamp that grants Revi and Vice aerokinetic abilities.Additionally, the duo possess several other Vistamps, each of which is based on a different animal, and their corresponding Genome ( ゲノム, Genomu) forms are modeled after a different past Heisei or Reiwa Kamen Rider: As both Revi and Vice are separate halves of Revice's forms, they can also fuse into a giant animal based on their current form known as a Remix ( リミックス, Rimikkusu). They also share three sidearms: the Ohinbuster 50 ( オーインバスター50, Ōinbasutā Fifuti), which can interchange between Axe Mode ( アックスモード, Akkusu Mōdo) and Gun Mode ( ガンモード, Gan Mōdo) the Gundephone 50 ( ガンデフォン50, Gandefon Fifuti), which can interchange between Phone Mode ( フォンモード, Fon Mōdo) and Gun Mode and the Osutoderuhammer 50 ( オストデルハンマー50, Osutoderuhanmā Fifuti), which can combine with the Ohinbuster 50 to form the Revicelasher ( リバイスラッシャー, Ribaisurasshā). As Rex Genome, they gain enhanced leg and tail strength respectively. While transformed, Vice gains a physical form and the Buddy Buckle ( バディバックル, Badi Bakkuru) power source belt which connects to his host's transformation device via the built-in Genome Receiver ( ゲノムレシーバー, Genomu Reshībā).
KAMEN RIDER REVICE DRIVER
When the former utilizes the Rex Vistamp ( レックスバイスタンプ, Rekkusu Baisutanpu) in conjunction with the Revice Driver ( リバイスドライバー, Ribaisu Doraibā) belt, Ikki and Vice transform into Kamen Riders Revi and Vice Rex Genome ( レックスゲノム, Rekkusu Genomu) respectively. Kamen Rider Revice is the titular duo of Ikki Igarashi and his inner demon partner Vice.
